Selena is a beautiful young shepherd mix with a rough start at life. She ended up in the Arlington Shelter with a deep wound in her neck from a rope be embedded in it...she was tied up for too long and the rope too tight.
But she is safe now with her foster and learning what life is supposed to be like for a dog.
