Eddie is a sweet and loving little guy. He is so chill. Hel likes to play with his foster siblings but really enjoys hanging on the windowsill, just watching the world outside. He was found in the middle of a rainstorm on an access road onramp. This little guy deserves a home full of love and warmth.
