Cooper was saved from the shelter and is new to Hearts Tails. So far he shown to be very friendly and good with a toddler. He has met his foster siblings through a gate and so far so good.
Cooper will take a few days to decompress from the chaos of shelter life. Check back for more about him as we learn more about him.
