Venus is a beautiful great dane! He was intentionally purchased from a breeder because it was a very bad situtation, by a family that wanted to ensure his safety. We were asked to take him in our rescue so we could find a wonderful family for him.
Due to his previous situation, he is a very shy and anxious boy. However, once he spends time with you he warms up quickly. He does well with other dogs and children. He will need a family that will be patient and allow him time to settle in and get over the fears of life.
Once that happens, he'll surely be a perfect gentleman!
