Arrow was an owner surrender. He has been with his foster mom for a couple weeks where he and his siblings have been THRIVING. SOO sweet and loving! They are good with kids, other cats, and all dogs! He loves playing with laser toys, plastic springs, foil balls, and oh my gosh, can he climb a kitty tree!
