Phoenix’s story is one for the rescue books. Adopted as a kitten, he was found 3 years later in Dallas junk yard living among feral cats. And was declawed. He is a survivor! Ferals don’t treat non-ferals so kindly. Phoenix was trapped during a TNR project to fix the colony and stop kittens being born, but it was clear he was not feral. He was fixed, microchipped and declawed. Big No-No. He’s safe and ready for a much better family who will do better than the original adopter. The magic of Phoenix is He has the sweetest heart. Loving like no other cat having been through what he endured. Forgiving spirit that wants to be held, give you nose kisses and tap your face lovingly. And make you smile. His spirit is amazing. He is very kind to his fellow kitties in his foster room. Playful. A gentle spirit. He chirps and talks and is so very social. This amazing gentleman is looking for his new forever. His BEST FOREVER.
